Loved the knifes! Very well balanced, cuts everything like butter.However not completely satisfied because of some delivery issues

The flexibility is a good balance;sturdy blades yet with more than adequate flexibility. Very comfortable handles of all. Needed a bit of sharpening out of the boxes but good boning knives. Looking forward to using them more. Would recommend.

This boning knife is so versatile. Yes use if for fish all the time but I just started using it for taking the skin off all melons. The flexibility of this knife is amazing.

Absolutely loved these knives from cutleryngo and all the other knives of them which they are providing at cheap cost of brands. Worth adding to your drawer even for the occasional use!

I recently got a 16 piece Zwilling knife block set and the only thing it was missing was these boning knives of Zwilling. It’s absolute worth the money to add this to the set and there was already a slot for it.

The blades are thin and flexible which makes these kinda knives perfect for removing meat from bones or deboning fish. These knives are also great with peeling larger fuits and segmenting oranges.All the knives quality that came to me is top quality.I liked all of them.

I can't believe how flexible there knives are! I am able to take the skin off of a tomato with this knife without worrying that I will take off a lot if the flesh. I love the curved bolster on the knives that makes it extra comfortable and the handle makes it easy to maneuver the knife.

Just received in the post after lots of online reading to find the right boning knives.Very sharp out of the box. Beautiful design. Definitely think it’s a strong addition and will help up my home BBQ game.

This boning knife is the most flexible one the market. Love how it can glide around bones, and skeleton. Nice curved bolster which feels great in the hand, and doesn't rub against fingers. Extremely sharp German steel with a lifetime warranty. This knife makes removing silver skin from beef and pork so easy. In the past I truly struggled to get every last drop off the meat, but this knife makes it effortless. Great puchase.

Taking the recommendation from America’s Test Kitchen, I purchased some these boning knives for its flexible attribute. They have lived up to all of my expectations of a boning knife while delivering more flexibility. Great products.
