This would get 5 stars from me if all the knives had come sharper. They all arrived very sharp, but 4 to 5 knives are not as sharp as the others. Not sure why. It's still very usable - definitely sharper than most knives most people have ever had. It cuts tomatoes easily, but I felt more resistance in denser produce than I expected.

This knife is worth every penny! It’s been over a year using it daily in a professional kitchen and I find myself putting my globals to the side and reaching for this tojiro anytime I need precision cuts. It’s seriously insane. I can’t wait to upgrade my entire kit of thousands of dollars of globals to Tojiro.

The balance of the knives is great, they feel light in the hand, and easy to sharpen when it does lose the edge.

I love the way the knives look. This is not a "Damascus" style of knife; they have a VG-10 core with a 13-chrome exterior. This doesn't mean it's ugly; rather, it's more utilitarian in its appearance. This knife speaks through its abilities rather than its looks.

The handles feel very nice in the hand; they feel solid and project confidence. The bolster is smooth and transitions to the blades and handles equally well.

SUPER sharp.These knives was incredibly sharp right out of the box. When I say incredibly sharp, I mean it. I am not a new user to knives and have cooked and used cutlery on 4 continents.

What a fantastic knives! I purchased these knives for my restaurant.After hours and hours of research. The Tojiro DP series of knives seem to be the best value around at this price range.

I purchased these knives over 6 months ago, and I am still impressed! The prices fir every product from this brand are incredibly very cheap, yet the quality is amazing. I am still amazed by this and continue to buy 30 to 40 units time for restocking

Comes extremely sharp. Perfectly balanced at the bolster. Multi - clad, VG-10 stainless steel. Madein Japan Very affordable and useful Japanese - made knife

These knives are excellent for the price, sharp and well balanced. The edge is slightly more fragile than MA Pro, but with proper care, it will last a lifetime. So far, I have found it to be the best website for wholesalers in this cutlery category. Prices are cheaper, and the quality is amazing
