Wow these knives are really amazing. Scary sharp. My SO is scared to use them. Will definitely buy more tojiros from them again.

Awesome Tojiro knives at cheap prices! The blades are 9/10ths as good as much higher priced knives, but the fit and finish do reflect its lower price. Much better than Henckels, for the same price. Quick shipping as well.

This knife is amazing for the money. I'm in love with Japanese knives now. I like these tojiros they are much better than my previous set of -double the price- (Zwilling) Henckels. Highly recommended for the price range in Japanese Knives.

The knives came sharp OOB.The tips are also very sharp. I really liked the Tojiro DP because of the VG-10.The steel is quick easy to sharpen but also retains its edge for long sessions.

These knives excel at slicing tasks, featuring slicing edges of the same length as 8-inch chef's knives. Although their tips are shorter, I rely on a paring knife for finer tasks. The slightly shorter blade length doesn't affect me much, and the lighter weight and nimble handling alleviate strain on my wrist.

These knives offer excellent value for their price point. They are sharp and perfectly balanced. While their edges may be slightly more delicate compared to my MAC pro, with proper care, they can last a lifetime.

These are nearly professional level knives meaning it needs to be cared for, which to me means never putting any of these in the dishwasher and not using any to cut meats with bones and things of this nature. For veggies and softer items these cuts extremely well

I was always excited to receive these knives after reading all the great reviews from multiple sites It seemed like 90% 9f purchases how sharp the knives were out of the box. However 10% of people commented on marks on the steel and dullness. Normally, I buy my knives from a website that only sells Japanese knives and have never been disappointed. But this time, I didn't want to wait and ordered from CutleryNGo because of their cheap prices. They didn't disappoint me. The knives quality was amazing as described, really sharp ND attractive. Plus prices are much cheaper compared to other websites

These knives are exceptionally well made, utilizing VG10 steel a premium quality Japanese steel known for its durability. While VG10 steel holds an edge for a long time, it cam chip or break with rough use.
