Bought one for a friend, like it so much bought one for myself. Then bought one for y son and will be buying another for my brother in law. Very well made, holds an edge well and is very rigid. really versatile, much more than a boning knife.

These knives have a bit more weight than a conventional boning knife, which I appreciated. They also have a very stiff blade, which I found to be advantageous.

Great knife , I have no regrets to buy some different articles of them. Cut all the meat like butter and stay sharp a while , I recommend !

I've had my eye on these knives for a long time and wish I had bought them long ago. Very sharp, great feel in the hands and more substantial than I expected.

These knives have an asymmetric bevel, flatter on the left side than on the right. Knives like these can be suitable for both left- or right-handed users, which is something to consider.

They are perfect for their main intended use of boning chicken.Also, these quality knives are a very good value for the price. I'm very pleased with them so far and would recommend it.

Bought these Honesukis and they are hefty (but not overly so) and very well-balanced. They came "scary sharp" and the blades are quite stiff and rigid.

I highly recommend this product. They all came in standard Tojiro gold box with a slip-on cover. The box it was shipped in had air-cushioned wraps with no dents to the box or knives.

I have purchased 35 of these knives, three of them have chips in the blade. This is surprising given the cost of these knives and the light and the normal use that have received. It's not like I use to them to strip wire! The remaining knives are good,and all hold an edge well.

Razor-sharp, full tang, well balanced and great value for the price. Easily surpasses the quality. Prices are much cheaper compared to other websites

These knives are super sharp and cuts through so many things like butter compared to the old knives that I always thought were "good enough"
