What a difference between our old knives and the new ones.My wife regularly calls me into the kitchen to show me how thin she sliced an onion or tomato. She loved all of them.

I must admit I never thought I'd spend this much on a single article of knives, but after reading the reviews I decided to take a shot. I'm really glad I did. This is without question the finest Tojiro knives I've ever bought.I would definitely recommend this knife to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

You get what you pay for with this knife. It's wonderfully sharp and technically good, though not a lot of attention was paid to details. Some of the knives handles was not finished symmetrically, there blades is not perfectly aligned with the handle,the sharpening of their blades could have been better too.That being said, none of the above minor issues are noticeable when actually using the knife, which is what really matters. Overall, as long as you are not looking for a perfect finish, this a great knife for the price.

This knife performs as well as it looks...beautifully. The quality of these knives is equal to the knives costing much more. I would buy any of their knives.

I purchased these knives to go along with my other Tojiro knives which are wonderful, the fit and finish of these paring knives is great, the only trouble with it though is the blade thickness which is almost wedged shaped which makes it extremely difficult to cut harder vegetables like potatoes carrots and hard root type vegetables....

Absolutely perfect paring knife! I have several Tojiro knives and they are all very fine blades. Infinitely better than those other two major German brands. This knife is very sharp and has a fine edge--perfect for doing shallots and other small tasks. Balance is perfect and I can't find a single fault. Makes my other paring knives look absolutely pathetic. I should have gotten this long ago. You can't go wrong with Tojiro knives!!!!

The Tojiro DP series knives are a great introduction to pro level kitchen knives. I bought them for my son in law knowing they might end up in a dishwasher. I'm a fan of VG10 steel as it holds an edge and is not too hard to resharpen.

I purchased some articles of Tojiro DP knives from them, and I have a concern regarding the packaging. The box in which all the knives came was not good and was slightly torn apart. However, the knives themselves were of good quality. They need to improve the packaging to attract more customers.

The more I use this knife the more I like it. I find it useful for many chores other than boning. I have a number of pretty looking "high end" Jap knives but the Tojiro "DP" series are the ones I use the most. You can't beat the quality for the price.

These knives cut exceptionally well Sharpen beautifully,and maintain their edge extremely effectively. I will definitely be getting more of them. With their affordable prices.

These knives are light weight and well balanced buttt the edges were surprisingly dull compared to others. I am unsure if I received knives that were incorrectly sharpened,edpecially considering there is already some pitting in the blades of the Chef’s Knife. Disappointed with the quality control, I hope this isn't the same standard that everyone else has received

The weight of these knives is light, yet substantial enough to always feel the edge. They're razor-sharp right out of the box. Without a doubt,they outperform any knives in the same price range, and even many more expensive blades.

I've never bothered to write product review before, as most things are just satisfactory. However, these knives were recommended by a friend of mine, and let me tell you,they are game-changers!!Beautifulully crafted, increfiy sharp, perfectly weighted, and tger have that "built to last" feel. Plus the price is quite reasonable compared to others in same category. I will definitely buy more products from cutlery go, not just these knives
